Am I required to follow a diet during your coaching program?

Absolutely not! No fad diets with my coaching program!

Do I have to follow a meal plan?

No way! Meal plans will not help with sustainable and long-term change.

Will I be obligated to stop eating my favorite foods?

You’ll still be able to incorporate your favorite foods into your diet while learning new behaviors!

Do I have to weigh myself every day?

You will not need to weigh yourself daily! We will be measuring your success in other ways!
